Where is the Grey Bruce Rural Medicine Retreat?
This year, the retreat will be in Kincardine. This location is just two and a half hours from Toronto and two hours from Kitchener and London.

When does the weekend begin/end?
Your weekend technically begins between 1600-1800 when you arrive in Kincardine, but start the party before that with your favourite playlist.

What are the accommodations?
You have the option of either camping at the Inverhuron Provincal Park or staying at The Inn at the Harbour

What is included with my registration fee?
Your fee includes overnight accommodations (please bring camping gear if booking a site) all activities and food and drinks.

Can I sign up with a group?
We recommend signing up individually if you would like your own accommodations. Feel free to add a friend or partner if you would like to share a room.

Do I have to participate in activities?
While the activities are optional, they are encouraged to give you the most out of the experience. If you would like to sit out of a particular activity, please let us know and we will work to arrange an alternative option or prepare you with a guide to explore the area.

Can I bring my dog?
While we would love to see your playful pups, there will be no dogs at the retreat. Exceptions are of course made for service animals.

No, you get to bring your own. Whatever you want! |
Can I bring my child?
Yes! Under 9 is free. Children 10-14 are $75. 16 and up are regular rate.

Cancellation Policy
Payment in full must be received no less than 14 days prior to the event to confirm your space. Payment may be made by e-transfer, credit card or by confirmation of sponsorship by recruiter.
E-transfers may be sent to: durhamfoundation@sgbhc.on.ca
Please be advised that cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event will be refunded without penalty. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will be subject to the full fee, with no refund. Regretfully, the organizer has incurred costs associated with this event and must realize these costs through registration fees.
